Historic Old Dairy
We've taken licence here. The property, which we've subdivided, was once part of an old dairy farm. In fact, when we purchased the land, the old "homestead" was still standing, but had become a shelter for squatters. The neighbours were elated when we demolished it and even more delighted when we started to develop.
Old Dairy Cottage has been constructed on the southern-most third of the block and was completed mid-December 2016.
Gumnuts is our own rating system, being more in keeping with our style of property than stars.
